This fingerling, developed in the Baltic region of Northeastern Europe, is an excellent salad potato. The skin and flesh are both yellow 0 with firm texture. Heavy yields of medium-sized, all-purpose tubers. Excellent resistance to disease. Russian Banana is our mainstay fingerling, and we sell lots of this one to growers who supply the restaurant trade.
