Details
Plants upright and broader leaved than others. Bulbs nicely colored and very firm. 5-8 large and fat cloves with blushed and lined skins. Long storing. Easy to peel makes this a favorite in the kitchen. Great for roasted garlic. Does well in cold climates, but we hear from customers that this one does well in warm climates as well. This fiery little bulb gives high powered garlic flavor. This purple stripe hardneck garlic probably originated in the Republic of Georgia. It has lots of character and a nice finish.
